Dr Jones is that rare combination of being super efficient whilst listening carefully to what is going on and getting the diagnosis and treatment spot on, even if it is not a run of the mill illness. He has excellent people skills, always has a smile and treats you as a person and not an illness or a problem. I have complete faith in him and when it came to a recent decision as to whether to move house and change my GP practice - I decided it was far more important to stay under the care of Dr Jones than move. Despite being one of the busiest doctors in the practice, he never keeps me waiting past my appointment time, makes sure that I am never out of medication and always promptly phones if I don't feel an appointment is necessary but just need to check something out with him. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Jones is a very personable and switched on GP. He makes you feel at ease, always has good eye contact and gives a very individual approach particularly having a good grasp of how to speak to somebody with Autistic Spectrum disorder, and moreover understanding the complexities of how that affects someone.

Dr Jones is fabulous - really great with my 4 year old son. Would highly recommend. It must be hard for GPs at the moment with the pressures on the NHS. Let's hope the government give GPs like Dr Jones the support they deserve.

Dr Jones is one of a kind. Doctor by nature rather than just a profession. Always empathetic, always listens & hears every concern, never rushing and has this calming effect. I know I can trust him and that he cares. Explains everything in detail, answers all queries and can make you smile even when you're anxious or stressed. Definitely people person type of doctor! Will stay under his care until his retirement :)
